Paddington's Duffle Coat is one of Paddington's signature pieces of clothing, along with his red hat. It is coloured blue in most adaptations of the Paddington stories.

In The Adventures of Paddington Bear, Paddington is seen wearing his duffle coat while sailing to London, but in the live-action movie when he's sailing, he's not wearing his duffle coat because Mrs. Bird and the whole Brown Family give him his duffle coat.
Films[]
In Paddington (2014), Paddington's duffle coat was passed down from Henry to both children, Judy and Jonathan, before it passed to Paddington. The coat is dark blue with wooden toggle buttons. At first, Paddington mistakes the two large pockets on the front of the coat for sandwich compartments. Henry tells Paddington that the coat suits him very well.
